Adult Education and Spiritual Formation Ministry

The people of God at King of Glory are committed to a lifelong process of study and discipleship.

Adult Education classes meet on Sunday mornings at 9:25 a.m. Members often share their gifts as teachers and facilitators. A typical Sunday will find one or two adult offerings.

Pastor’s Bible and Theology Class meets on Monday nights at 7 p.m. for an in-depth exploration of scripture and the Christian doctrines that spring forth from it.

Alpha is a ministry which presents the basic truths of Christianity in a non-threatening, conversational way. The Alpha program runs once or twice a year.

Small Group Ministries meet for bible study, mutual support, and service. Some of the groups meet weekly, some monthly, depending upon the group. Currently, there are the following small groups: Men’s Bible Study, Women’s Bible Study Groups (Circles), Covenant Groups, and Cursillo Groups.

Lutheran Cursillo is a spiritual enrichment weekend retreat seeking to fan the flames of our faith, deepen our life in Christ and our connection to his body. There are three retreats held throughout the year.
